Log into your Nykd account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

Quality Check Preparation

Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful pickup.

Doorstep Pickup

Our logistics partner will arrive at your registered address within 2-4 business days to collect the package and provide a receipt.

Refund Processing

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Nykd wallet within 7-10 days.
