What is the return policy for intimate wear?

For hygiene reasons, panties are not eligible for return. However, bras and sleepwear can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your package will arrive within 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 days for other regions.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we offer free exchanges for size issues on eligible categories like bras and activewear. You can initiate an exchange request through the 'My Orders' section of your account.
